Médicos de todas as áreas, engenheiros, cientistas, e militares, divididos em equipes tomavam para si, dentro de um CPD clínico, Clínicas Multidisciplinares, Eletrolíticas e tinham as psiques de todas as vítimas em total disponibilização para todas as práticas possíveis e inimagináveis.

Cada resultado lesivo a vítima em todos as áreas de sua vida resultava em relatórios positivos sobre a mesma aplicados.
